If you are looking to hire a conference hall in Brittany for a professional seminar or training course, the Relais de l’Océan can welcome you all year round.
 
We dispose of 3 conference halls, 2 restaurants, 51 bedrooms with modern conveniences, situated on the Quiberon peninsula. Our team at the Relais de l’Océan is at your disposal to help you plan your stay with us.
 
With direct access to the sea, sea kayak trails from the foot of the site, only 2 minutes from a land yacht centre and 5 minutes from Quiberon’s landing stage for trips to Belle Ile, for example, the Relais de l’Océan is the ideal place for a successful seminar.

Seminar at the Relais de l'Océan

We offer a choice of 3 packages :

- Daily rate with lunch and coffee break : 39.60 € per person


- Full board rate (accomodation and meals) and one coffee break : 83.00 €

 

Extra coffee break : 3.50 € per person

Hire of extra meeting room : 5 € per person

 

These price include : accomodation, meals, one coffe break per day, the hire of a meeting room and the following equipment : paperboard, white screen, marker pens, television, video recorder, booking fee and subscription to the association.

Price to not include : single room supplement (15 € perday), group cancellation, insurance highly recommended (15 € per bracket of 300 €), entertainment, excursions and activities.

Hire of video projector on request

 

Conditions :

- one free place for every 30 paying participants

- 30 % deposit on booking. balance due upon receipt of the invoice.
